MEXICO is one of the top 10 coffee producers in the world. Coffee was first introduced to Mexico from Ethiopia in the 18th century, around the same time it was being introduced to Europe via Italy. Despite its long top-quality history, Mexican coffee has not gained enough attention in Asia Pacific.
There are people who describe Mexican coffee as one that is analogous to a good, light white wine, delicate in body with a pleasantly dry, acidy snap.
Organic Mexico Coffee (Arabica)
Small town flavour that has been loved by people for more than 140 years.
We import fresh, medium roast Arabica coffee beans from the Mexican town of Uruapan, Michoacán to Singapore, and ground it fresh here for different brewing methods – drip bag, French press, dripper machine, etc. Only after an order is placed, we would ground the coffee beans and use paper packaging with valves to better preserve the coffee's freshness.
The coffee comes in very nice packaging with label of Mexican design with resemblance to the Aztec Sun that brings together symbolic elements of the positive values – life and flourishing. We hope we do not only bring to you coffee with good taste and good quality, but also bring to you good energy.

Have you ever heard of "Café de olla" - Traditional Mexican Pot Coffee?
Café de olla is a traditional Mexican coffee beverage, essentially brewed by using a traditional earthen clay pot that gives a special flavor to the coffee. The coffee is basically made with ground coffee, cinnamon, and piloncillo (unrefined cane sugar/light brown sugar). Optional ingredients are orange peel, anise, and clove.
Cinnamon is one the most commonly used spices in Mexico and only Ceylon cinnamon or true cinnamon is used. Cinnamon in the Café the olla gives the coffee a hot and aromatic touch, despite all the healthy benefits that the cinnamon can possibly give.
Coffee with a hint of cinnamon, is the aromatic smell that you can easily get when you walk on the streets of small Mexican towns in the morning. This coffee accompanied with freshly baked sweet bread is one of the simplest breakfast that Mexicans enjoy the most.
Here we bring you the fine quality Mágico Café coffee (Arabica) which is the best representation of the Café de olla!
